Yes, you may use them for adopts as long as you credit me.
Currently, I'm not doing customs, but I might do them in the future. If you like, you can note me the details, and I'll give it a try. If you want an entirely customized one (made from scratch), that would probably cost points, but if you want one made from maplestory hairs, then they're free of charge.

Err, I'm not a GIMP user so I'm not too sure, but I'm guessing that GIMP also has layers. So basically what you could do is make sure that the character is regular sized (not enlarged). Then paste the hairs on a different layer. Back hair means that it goes to the layer below the character layer and front hair goes on the above layer. Sorry if I don't make that much sense :/
